Photo License Plates has been in the business of manufacturing high quality custom license plates for the past decade.  We made a lot of license plates.  But, if you come up with a legitimate new idea for a Photo License Plate, we will refund you the entire amount of your purchase, less shipping and handling, with your order.  The only thing we ask is that you actually intended to pay for your order.  That is, you didn't originally submit your picture for processing just to get it for free.  That's it, if you receive a check with your order, you have a new idea.  We also reserve the right to use your new idea to advertise out products in the future.  Thank you.
