*DID YOU GET AN ERROR MESSAGE?

*YOU MAY BE ABLE TO CORRECT AND RE-ENTER YOUR INFORMATION.

*YOU MAY HAVE TRIED TO UPLOAD TOO MANY FILES.

*YOU MAY HAVE TRIED TO UPLOAD THE SAME FILE TWICE.  YOU CAN DO THIS, BUT YOU MUST FIRST CHANGE THE FILE NAME FOR THE SECOND UPLOAD.

*IF WE ALREADY HAVE A FILE ON OUR COMPUTER WITH THE SAME FILE NAME AS THE FILE YOU ARE TRYING TO UPLOAD, YOU CANNOT OVERWRITE THE ONE WE ALREADY HAVE ON OUR COMPUTER.  IF THIS IS THE CASE, YOU CAN IGNORE THE ERROR MESSAGES, CHANGE THE NAME OF YOUR FILE, AND UPLOAD IT AGAIN (IGNORING THE ERROR MESSAGES.)  IT WILL BE PROCESSED PROMPTLY AND ACCURATELY.  WE TRY TO TAKE THE FILES DOWN FROM OUR SERVER AS FAST AS POSSIBLE, BUT DUE TO THE TREMENDOUS DEMAND FOR OUR PRODUCT, SOMETIMES IT'S DIFFICULT.
