a check or money order through the mail. Text is optional and can
be added either before or after you mail your pictures to us. You
will receive an e-mail 'proof' shortly after we receive your mail.
Changes and additions can be made then. You are ordering the perfect
gift for someone else or for yourself - what a great conversation piece

Every order
at Photo License Plates will be verified by YOU before any work has begun.
You will receive an e-mail 'proof' of what YOUR license plate(s) will
look like after they're made. Only upon YOUR final approval, will
work commence. YOU will be in charge every step of the way.
YOU will get exactly what YOU want! Then, even after you receive
your order, there is a 'Return/Exchange'
link right on this page in case you decide you're not 100% satisfied with
your purchase. We don't think you will be disappointed though.

policy as well as other

to your favorite e-mail program. Include your name, address and
your picture(s) as an attachment(s) and any special instructions.
We will respond immediately to this request with further instructions.

fill out the form below with your information, then click on
'Order by Mail'. If you have a printer,
you can then print out a receipt for yourself and one to return with your
order. If you don't have a printer, you can simply write the information
down on paper. But, make sure you return
a copy of the receipt with your order along with your picture(s),
write any text you want on the back and the number of copies of each and
any other special instructions. You will receive your picture(s) back
with your order.
Please make
your check or money order made payable to: 'Smyer/PLP'
for YOUR TOTAL below. Then, mail this along with your
photo(s),
a copy of your receipt and any special
instructions you may have to the address shown below.
Remember,
if you want to add text to your license plate, you can write it on the
back of your pictures before mailing. However, this will just be
a starting point. Because once we receive your pictures in the mail,
we'll send you an e-mail 'proof' of what your license plates will look
like when finished. We can add your text, make any adjustments to
your text, i.e. color, font, size, etc. at this point if you like.
So, don't worry, you're plates will be exactly like you want them in the
end. Only when you're satisfied are we nearly satisfied.
That's it,
you will receive your license plate(s)
within two weeks time. You will get your picture(s) back at this time.
Orders of more than one are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We also
offer USPS Express Shipping - just ask.
